Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V is a popular shortcut that saves time when working in Windows. The first, Ctrl + C, is used to copy what you've chosen, and second, Ctrl + V to paste. Copypaste Tool is a free application that performs these steps.

It has the advantage of requiring no installation and furthermore the copies are sent to the clipboard, where they're stored in the order in which you copied them. Copypaste Tool uses the standard copy and paste, but if the user wants to paste text already in the clipboard just press V (without Ctrl). Accessing the program can be done from the icon located on the taskbar.
